Yes. Your site is backed up once per day. Backups are made for emergency
purposes only. We strongly advise you to always keep a copy of
your site on your harddrive. You can download the latest backup

Yes. If you signed up for a multidomain plan you can add as many
domain names as you want to your account as long as you stay within
your diskspace/transfer limit. Q: Why do you not allow shell access? I want to run an IRC server A. IRC is not allowed on our servers. Please see the terms of service. We'ld like to have some control over the programs that are being run on our servers. In the interest of all customers on the servers we do not give out shell access on accounts. Q: What is your policy on bandwidth? A:
We do not limit your transfer rate only the amount of data transferred
per month. How much this is depends on the plan you signed up for.
We do not throttle (limit) your bandwidth at all. Q: What happens if I go over my allowed transfer limit? A: Your site will be automatically deactivated until midnight of the first day of the next calender month. Warning emails are being send out when you have used up 80% of your bandwidth limit and will continue to be send out once a day until either a new month starts or you reach 100% bandwidth usage at which point the site will automatically be deactivated. (Another email notice will be send about this as well) So if you want to prevent your site from being temporarily down you will have enough time to take measures (contact us, upgrade, purchase additional datatransfer etc)

Don't believe in unlimited traffic. That's a fake. This is not possible.
No provider can really offer this. We have to pay for each GB our
network uses, so we have to charge you also.

Yes. Depending on which plan you signed up for you can create anywhere
from 10 to 1000 email accounts.

Shoppingcart software is included with your account but you will
need to find your own way of receiving payment for the goods. This
can either be a merchant account, paypal or a third party creditcard

*must* end with .shtml or the SSI tag will not work.

depends on which server your site is on. When you sign up you will
receive an email with setup instructions. This email also contains
the DNS information that you need to point your domain to our server. Q: How does the moneyback guarantee work? If
you request your money back within the first 30 days after you signed
up for hosting we will refund it. No questions asked. No reason
needed. (although we always appreciated it if you let us know why
so we can continue to improve our service) Q: Do you host ASP pages website? Do you have ASP components installed on your servers? No.
Active Server Pages are best run on a Windows Server and Wbws uses
Linux servers only. |
